It will include approximately the following cuts:

New York Strip Steaks 

Rib Steaks

T-Bone Steaks

Sirloin Steaks

Filet Mignon

Chuck Roast

*about 6 packages of 90% lean burger


* weight of individual steaks varies based on size of animal at processing.

* Steaks will be  packaged 2 steaks per package. We will substitute with other steaks if one is out of stock.
